About Us

Objective

SBS is an initiative to pool in savings from small and medium earners and channel them into secured income earning investments which otherwise would not be possible individually.

An important aspect in this is doing business in line with Shariyat principles.

Approach

• Administration Company formed with members appointed with the blessings of Aqa Maula.
• Investment Company will be formed, which will invest into secured assets that generate descent returns.
• Owners of the investment company will be the investors holding Preference Shares, while Manager of the Company will be the Administration Company that will hold Ordinary shares in the Investment Company.
• The nominal Value of each Preference share will be either in US$ / Tshs and the same will be notified soon.
• A bank account will be opened both in US$ / Tshs, for investors to bank their investments and against which they will be issued a Preference Share certificate.
• The Investors will be updated regularly with the Performance of the Company through Financial Reports and NAV value.

Administration Team

The Administration team comprises of Individuals from different walks of life who will be pooling their ideas and resources for the success of this initiative. Each member of the Administration Team will be providing honorary services.
